Yes, climbing a transmission tower is extremely dangerous. These towers are typically very tall, often reaching hundreds of feet in height, and are not designed for human access. Climbing them without proper safety equipment and training can result in serious injury or death. Additionally, the high voltage power lines on the tower pose a significant electrocution risk. It is important to always stay away from transmission towers and leave any maintenance or repairs to trained professionals. **

To buy a used climbing tower or play tower, one can search online marketplaces, classified ads, or contact local recreation centers or schools to inquire about any surplus equipment they may be selling. Once a suitable tower is found, arrangements can be made to dismantle and transport it. It is important to carefully dismantle the tower, ensuring that all parts are labeled and kept together. Transporting the tower will require a suitable vehicle, such as a flatbed truck or trailer, and careful planning to ensure that all parts are securely fastened and transported safely to the desired location. Additionally, it may be necessary to obtain any required permits or permissions for transporting oversized equipment. **

Wood stain can be harmful to health if not used properly. When applied to a climbing tower, the chemicals in the stain can release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the air, which can be harmful to breathe in. It is important to use low-VOC or VOC-free wood stains and to apply them in a well-ventilated area to minimize health risks. Additionally, allowing the stain to fully dry and cure before allowing people to climb on the tower can help reduce the risk of exposure to harmful chemicals. **
